Here I Want to Highlight One Thing is That In a ID And Password You Can Apply Three Application In given Screen Shot I Apply Only Two Application As You Can See Clearly ....





Now You Select Application Which You Want To Proceed By Radio Button Click After Clicking The Options which Is Not Highlighted Become Highlighted As See Below Screen Shot


The Highlighted  Option Are And That Meaning As Follows 

1......Retrieve Partially Saved Form     ...........             This option Is highlighted When Your     
                                                                                       Application Is Not Completed

2...... Pay and Schedule Appointment  .................    This Option is Highlighted when That 
                                                                                    Particular Application Is Not Paid

                                                    OR 


2 .....Schedule Appointment                    ............ .......THIS Option  Is highlighted When Paid 
                                                                                     Application Or Reschedule The Application 
3..... Print Application Receipt          ..........................This is For Printing The Submitted        
                                                                                     Application
4....View/Print Submitted Form       ..........................This Option Is For View Complete Submitted Application
5......Track Payment Status           .......................     This Option Used  For tracking Payment     
                                                                                     Submitted Payment/Receipt  If you Paid          
                                                                                     Otherwise This is Not Highlighted 

6..Upload Supporting Documents............................ This Option Is Used For Uploading Supporting  
                                                                                    Documents
 
Here Two Conditions Arises Application is paid because Of We Taking Now Fresh Application than most Of the condition is That application Is not Paid ..............


If Application Is not Paid Than Click The highlighted  Option"  Pay and Schedule Appointment   " 
 After Clicking You Get The As Below
